Independent life,Gulf life ,Pilgrim, Kemper,American General

Life and Casualty of Tennessee, National Life and Accident, Gulf Life, Interstate Life, Independent Life, Home Beneficial (all merged into AGLA/AIG), Life of Georgia, United Family Life. Currently running debits is United Life Insurance Company of America. Security National Life still has a captive debit operation, Columbian and LBL have debit operations on an Independent Agent set up. There were many more but I can't recall them at the moment.

Reliable Life out of St. Louis was a big one in the midwest. I know they still have policies they service, not sure if they still run routes.

Mutual Savings was recently bought out by Kemper

I know they still have agents running debit routes in the southeast
