Why not keep the renewals, help the local community with them, and move on since renewals don't require any work.

I might as well. It doesn’t seem like selling an FE book is something that is practical
The going rate seems to be only 6-12 months of the renewals.... Better off just to keep it.

currently I’m working with a non profit - we build and rehab homes for people in poverty, disable, needy - pretty much the Fe demographic. This would be one way - there are other ways and avenues money could be used to help - disaster relief Ect
