What do you use to look up if a Medicare member has LIS? There is some software/Subscription that looks it up for you with Medicare ID. Anyone know what it is?

I call Medicare and ask. It used to be accessible on a recording, which was nice. Now you have to wait until you get a live voice. I may be wrong and simply can’t navigate the system properly.

I use Medicare.gov online with client permission green tab find health and drug plans and then and under additional tools blue box lower right "check your enrollment" so many don't have a clue what they have.

Yep, Lawsonhj1 is right, this is the best way to go. Sometimes the "Check my enrollment" tool doesn't work so I call an insurer (UHC) and they can tell you within a few min.
