I may be cheap, but I dare ask if anyone can advise me on the lowest price EandO insurance for a 215 agent.

I don't think you can find it any cheaper than their new agent plan, unless you're captive.

I have always wondered that cause LH told me that I didn't need to go out and get it and that was an advantage to going with them and being captive. But do captives agents dock it from your commission or is it just a selling tactic to get you to join.

You usually get it at a discount. There are a lot of FMO's that give discounts. I've seen one or two that offers free E & O on the business you do with them, but you wouldn't be covered on business placed through another FMO.
