Does anyone know of an E&O policy that will cover captive acts retroactive to 4/2010, along with future captive acts (another year or so), AND cover independent acts effective 9/2024 and into the future?
I have 2 policies that I'm trying to consolidate. One with the current (soon to be ex, once the book is moved, about 10 more months) captive carrier and another with ARCH. I only want one policy, that covers all of my past captive acts, and future acts. Any ideas on a company that can accomplish this?
