I actually do have a plan. Well, I guess the outline of one. I have the methods and goals outlined, but the "plan" is in my head. I intend to put it all down on paper (well, pixels). A lot of it is stuff I have done in the past. I'm sure for the first year my plan is going to have to be pretty flexible as I figure things out. It's going to be at least a couple of weeks before any of my appointments get finalized and I start selling, so that should give me time to get a lot of the planning and details worked out. It was pretty hard to do that while still working and servicing a book of business.

Good luck. Being independent is a good/bad thing, but it comes down to this.
