sounds like a GA contract level, or possibly NJ.I met with an agency that receives $751 per new MAPD enrollee from a certain carrier--I was under the impression this is not allowed.
What's the loophole?
Yes Street level is what is posted here on the forums every summer. There are something like 4-5 recent threads about the 2026 MA commissions. I think next year Street for MA is something like $676?Ok cool, appreciate it. Must be it.
So basically the "standardized" comms are street...what's an IMO/FMO get for a contract? I'm sure it varies wildly.

The IMO/FMO levels is something like $200 above Street. Some claim it's more like $300. Maybe @Todd King can confirm for us.
Each level contract move up $25-$50 from the previous level, until it gets to the top level contract which I believe is NMO, but only Donp is allowed those levels
Thats very possible as far as an override and marketing money on some of the smaller regional carriers . Last yr a small regional carrier in my state was giving $300 an app marketing money and $400 an app override to fmo's . There's no cms limit what a carrier can give at the moment . Thats what the stayed lawsuit in Texas from the carriers during cms . Cms tried to ax overrides and marketing money and the carriers sued . Trump admin has continued the lawsuit . The fmo's threw agents under the bus to save their overrides . They said the $100 override cms allowed to agents had no basis and was illegal . I think they said it wasn't enough or something . Anyway a federal judge but a stay on the law and its still tied up in court . Overrides and marketing money can be 4 times what a an agent makes prorated this time of yr. An agent makes a crappy $155 for a rewrite for 7/1 and $133 for a 8/1 . Only reason to do is gain clients for renewals . But the problem is agents will have to move a vast amount of their book this aep .I met with an agency that receives $751 per new MAPD enrollee from a certain carrier--I was under the impression this is not allowed.

Total override from agent to FMO is $150 for 2025. I'm sure it's going to be about the same for 2026, but we will never know until they want us to know!Yes Street level is what is posted here on the forums every summer. 250 from some carriers not all right? these might be the same carriers that were accused of the pay to play scheme with the call centers so maybe not so much in 2026 but then again who knows with the blatantly corrupt fed government we know have anything is possible .Many mga's getting $175-$200 depending on your vol.
