I have been working on inputting a family for coverage through the marketplace but every time we get to the end of the process it errors out. We have called into the marketplace and they have entered the information and it errors out on them also. The one thing that I do notice and the marketplace does not know how to fix it, is that it is showing a 1/2/14 effective date when it should show 4/1/14. Anyone else having problems as this?

I think the 3 day outage due to Social Security Administration's maintenance had unintended consequences. Who knows what they screwed up deeper inside this hellhole of a website.

It was down yesterday due to the ss major updates, it could not figure a subsidy. Today from the carrier website would let you do subsidy, but going back to the carrier deemed them ineligible, the subsidy did not carry over. Is this really a surprise? Every time there is a major update nothing works correctly for a few days. Except for rugerred, congrats.

I was on the healthcare.gov and not through a portal. None of them are working worth a damn here.
Edit: I have been stug by every other so called fix. They owed me one.

Yeah they jacked it up.....I get an error message right after the security questions. The client called in and they said "that" part of the site is not working try back tomorrow.
