Maybe Uninsurable?

I received a message on my machine this morning that I thought was priceless.

Here's how it went:

"Hi Rick. This is Terry. I'm a friend of Steve XXXX. My boyfriend needs an insurance policy right away. He's having an appendectomy this afternoon and has no insurance. This is URGENT! Please get back to me at xxx-xxx-xxxx." (By the way, Terry is deaf and I am to use the video relay.)

I'm thinking this guy might be declined. Of course, I'm in California and we can't issue a policy with waivers!

I had one of those issues today actually and it was quite sad considering it was an old lady whose kids abandoned her. I could have sworn I heard "JERRY JERRY JERRY JERRY" in the background......
