If a Med Supp applicant takes turns staying at her kid's homes (all within Texas), can she apply for Med Supp using the kid's zip code with the lowest premium rate?

Her SS address is not with the least expensive zip code. She could easily change it since she lives equally between her 3 children.
If it's that much of a premium difference, then I would definately talk with her about changing her address to the least expensive area.
Of course, that may be more of a hassle than she wants to get into. You know how some seniors are.
