Is anyone else having problems with Ace Medicare supplement policies being lost in the mail ?
Can't figure out if it's them or US Postal Service.

I write a lot of Ace. Havent had policies delayed but if you choose direct bill that is one that takes FOREVER it seems to get to them.

My only complaint so far with them is if a person has a PO Box they have no place on the application to put it. you have to call that in immediately and they do it for you. Should be a simple fix on the application like 100% of other carriers have.

I write Ace often and not experienced delays with delivery

I had delays with them after AEP. They even acknowledged they were having delays, but they said it was the postal service to blame. I suggested they make the policy PDF available to the agent, as well as the ID card, which they said they would pass on the info. I lost a couple of new clients, who got skittish when they had not received the policy.
