Dm isn't worth it anymore. We only get a 2% return if we're lucky. East TN & SWV is so over ran.
Perhaps you are mailing the ones that can't read . . .

Not when we are use to to getting 5 to 6% returns
That's because everyone and their mother has been mailing food card , dental dm low income for the last 4 yrs . To get even 2 % you got a teaser in there . Nationwide your looking at 1.25% avg . Very few areas draw 2% now . At $500-$550 a /1000 that's $50 plus a lead . To make $175 on mapd this month not worth it .
