I am looking for an Independent that will allow me to pay/rent their appointments
I know this may be a strange request in the Insurance business. BUt, this is done all the time in the Real Estate and /or Mortgage Business. Although the Mortgage business is changing.
What I am looking to do:
I am a new agent, I have experience in running an office. (Mortgage)
I want to pay an independent Agent for the use of their appointments for a little while, while I start to sell and purchase a book of business.
How much would this be worth to the Independent? $5,000 - $10,000.
Basically, I want to be in business for myself but I know it will be hard to next to impossible to get my own appointments for awhile.
I would rather not go with a GA. Mainly because of their restrictions.
I do not want to write a book on this but, please ask if you need me to give more information.
Hopefully, I have given enough information for everyone to understand what I am looking for.
