New Independent Agent,Questions/Help

Hi,

I have just recently left an agency that provided leads for us, the commissions was really low so I am now independent. I have researched lots of lead companies and would like some advice on the best lead company for senior market leads? I am in NC.

Also, I need to get my E&O policy, which Company is the best to go with?

NAPA is one of the e&o companies that a lot of agents use. Please call some of your companies your appointed with and ask them who to use, sometimes you can get a nice discount by being associated with certain insurance companies.

My first year I used prospect zone leads and did very very well with them.

I also do a mailing postcard to let folks know i'm here and visit all the area professionals with a handout, many referrals come through that avenue.

Visit every p&c in your area with handouts and business cards, they do not want to write Medicare or health so they can be your referral source as well.
