Paperless Application

I haven't seen a thread about this in a while. Which carriers have a paperless application available? I should clarify that I'm not asking about telephone apps but tablet type apps.

SNL is supposed to be rolling one out fairly soon that will even give an underwriting decision within seconds. I really like SNL but there are a couple things about them that keep them from being a primary carrier for me.

So does anyone know of other carriers that have a platform similar to this or any carriers that are working on something like this?

Some of the carriers like Lafayette and Assurity use a web based one that works well on an ipad. But I wish more mainstream FE carriers would do it.

Americo has one. Transamerica definitely needs to do it but I haven't heard any rumors of them even working on one yet.

Aetna has e-app that can be done on tablet or thru email. Its been approved for certain Imo's
Mutual of omaha same thing. But then again they are Mutual of Omaha

The Monumental that changed over to Transamerica had the iGo eapp, but the Transamerica Family Markets dont have it.

I have done two e-apps and the one thing I can say for sure it that they take way too much time in the home. When it comes time to fill out the app...I prefer to get the pers info, get them to sign a couple places, and on to the next appointment.

Me too. But the problem with Trans is I have to keep going back for seconds. If their e-app is mistake proof, I would try it.

I think it's listed on their website again.

Yep, I totally agree with this. Trans is the only exception where I would gladly write an e-app instead of multiple return trips or amendments, etc. I also don't like how they are required to have an email address for it to work right. Most people 65+ don't have one, and if they do, they don't check/use it...most can't remember their email address anyway. If trans could figure this out...I'd use it.

I doubt I would attempt this within my first month, but my plan longterm would be to have the PDF app on my Microsoft Surface, fill it out, and the client just signs right there on the screen.

Now I have the app 100% completed in PDF format and ready to upload. Other than quickly scanning in a check to attach it seems like that would be a very quick, clean, and paperless way of doing things.

I'd always have paper apps as backup tho in case the client just preferred that (which would be understandable).
