OMG!!! Another Parker & Associates thread! The gift that keeps giving...

OK here's what I gleam from this:

1.) Always, always read your contracts
2.) Never, never trust your FMO
3.) Always, always, always keep copies of your client files when legally possible.
4.) Diversify your sales "Don't put all your eggs in one basket"

I can't begin to tell you how many thousands of dollars the above has saved me and my family over the years. In fact, I can honestly say that if I hadn't followed the above recipe for success; I wouldn't be in the business today!

There has been a class action lawsuit in the workd for several years now.

I'm looking at the letter from the attorney now, it's dated June 26, 2009. Been going on that long.

I don't even know where it stands now. If someone wants info they could contact;
