In most states yes. I have street at 18 and Ginther is at 20 as one of the top fmos.They are pretty proud at New Era but historically rates have seen tiny increases.

You can't get 20. If street is 18 in your states that is what you will get. We have a 19 and they told me it took 3 million in premium to get 20. Not much flexibility with them
