Thanks Guy, but my question is more general. I'm looking for all Medicare guidelines for all Med Supps ever offered. Is there a place to look up those guidelines?

(And it's not a desperate concern. I'm mostly just curious, but also can see how questions like this might arise in the future.)

The problem you will run into is prior to Standardization there was no standard, that was the reason CMS created Standardized MedSupp, they have been the same since Standardization until 6/1/2010 except for the drug benefits on some plans after Part D was implemented.

You will not find such a chart !
Gram-Mom's plan C was more than likely not a standardized plan if she purchased in 1991.
The other scenario is that she bought a major med plan "C" back then, did you ask her how much she was paying ?
