Power Dialer: Vanilla Soft with CRM

Yes, I've looked into the "usual suspects" such as Mojo, Callfire and Salesdialers, but elsewhere it was mentioned that VanillaSoft is useful as well. No, they don't seem to be able to dial multiple numbers at once, but for those of us targeting businesses during the day, this is not a handicap; dialing one after the other is fine. They emphasize the Customer Relationship Management more than the dialing in fact, but what's also intriguing is that there is a 30-day free trial with NO credit card required. As one who has never used a dialer, this seems intriging.

Has anyone used this system ?

And no: I have no association whatsoever with VanillaSoft, just in case the skeptics were wondering... :)

It's tough to ignore the 30 day free trial, but do you know what the price is after that? I poked around on their website and didn't seem to find it.

Yes, it's there somewhere. $130 per month. No contract.

I think that anyone considering a Power Dialer has to run the numbers based on HOW MUCH you're planning to dial. For light users (less than 3.4 hours a day based working 22 days per month) then Callfire at $2.00 per hour would be fine.

More calling than that and the flat-fee services of around $150 per month would make a lot more sense ESPECIALLY if you're dialing residential leads and require multiple lines dialing at once... the 250+ per hour we see offered by many. Then Callfire moves to the $3 and $4 per hour range, still affordable depending on how much calling you're doing. (Also, the $2 Callfire rate does not allow you to leave a recorded voicemail message when you're dumped into someone's box. Again, not a problem with me since I don't expect a callback and want to speak with live humans ONLY.)

From what I gather, VanillaSoft will ONLY dial one number after the other; perfect for those of us targeting businesses during the day but not ideal for other prospectors.

It looks like they have a lot of other really cool features, but salesdialers.com runs $99/month and does dial multiple lines, so that's cheaper and has multiple lines. Not to disagree with you about the businesses, but unless you're only calling fairly large businesses, the multiple line dialing still comes in pretty handy.

From what I understand with callfire, you also need a landline/cellphone/etc to use in conjunction with the dialer. For some that may not be an issue, but I know a lot of agents that stick to their cell phone and that can kill their minute allotment.

Vanillasoft has a MUCH better CRM than the other dialers. Not sure why dialing companies can't get a grip on CRM systems, but there isn't a comparison.

I've used Vanillasoft, actually liked it a lot. I used it specifically for center of influence marketing, where the need for quality of the phone call far surpassed the need for quantity of phone calls. The tracking of the phone calls and the status of the relationship was important.

For personal lines stuff, or even small commercial, the single line dialing is painful slow. But for a relationship style endeavor, vanillasoft is excellent.

Try it out for 30 days. See if you like it.

Do anyone know if there is a review somewhere that compares mojo, salesdialer and callfire?

Thanks,

I know SalesDialers.com is working on one, but not sure when it will be out.

Magnalogix has one, Welcome to Magnalogix - Your Hosted Predictive Dialer and Virtual Call Center software solution! , but they don't list SalesDialers.com or Mojo on their comparison.

Are there any particular features that matter more to you than others?

Callfire is a great "trial" solution if you don't want to commit to a monthly plan, but it has limited features and can get pricey in a hurry.

Mojo is a great service, but is limited to windows based computers, requires proprietary software installation, is limited to dialing out 3 lines at a time, and runs around $150/month.

SalesDialers.com is something I'm biased towards because as of Monday I'm going to be an affiliate with them and their data provider, but they are mac or pc compatible, dial up to 4 lines at a time, and with me they run $99/month and you get 500 free records just for signing up.

Again, I'm obviously biased, but those are at least a few key points.

Leads360 is offering +5000 Free Minutes to try their Auto Dialer out.

I don't have any personal experience with their Dialer program but Leads360 IMHO, is an AWESOME CRM for an insurance agency.

I first saw it last year at a conference in Las Vegas. Allstate endorses it also. Our sales manager here at HometownQuotes.com LOVES it.

They built an "auto dialer" program that works with their system now. To Launch this new system they are offering 5000 FREE MINUTES till 9.20.2011! I do not know how the details work on it but if you call 888.856.0534 & use code: 5kfree you can test it out. We have no financial connection but we are integrated with their system to download our leads into their system.

I saw a demo of this in NY last week at an industry show & it is pretty nice. It is the First & Only dialer I have seen in person so I am NOT an expert.

But, we have have both Raymond & Ksigmtsu that offer their own Dialer and/or Dialer/CRM solution too. I will let them give their pitch as I don't have any personal experience.

But for a CRM, I LOVE Leads360.
