We're going to have a dialer to assist in setting our own leads. Since I'm going to have a dialer and people calling from it - I thought other agents may wish to have their leads called? Agents might have data that they want called and have the client pre-screened or an appointment set, while they do what they do best - close.

Would agents want people to call for them using their own leads? If so:

What would a Pre-Set Appointment be worth for say:

Medicare Advantage -

Major Medical -

Term Life -

WL / UL -

Final Expense -

AD&D -

DI -

Just curious.

I see many on the board closing on the phone. So - a setter wouldn't be beneficial - except to maybe pre-qualify.

But for those face to face - an appointment would be an advantage I would imagine? Some people just don't like the phone.

I was thinking of charging $20 or $30 if we provide the data.

I know several ladies that do a jam up job on the phone. I know a few others that if using a web cam for internet leads would get the appointment and probably a credit card # - lol . . .

Tom

Also - for live internet and phone deals - Gary's dialer has the ability to do a live transfer to a specific agent on call - or - rotationally to various agents on call. Volume and interest would make it easier to staff -but, I believe it's not only possible - but useful. IMHO of course . . .

" are you trying to sell preset appointments and if so what states. "

Well - we're going to be calling anyway. Would help us get the cash flow to afford greater technology and provide greater revenue to pay the team members more money than the competition. They will be setting for us as well. We won't call for anyone in areas we are concentrating on - which right now is GA, FL and SC - but, not all areas.

What States?

Well - really anywhere where they speak English or Spanish. We could utilize various linguist - so, with VOIP - we could call from anywhere to anywhere.

It was just a random thought - but in reality - it's not that hard if you can find good phone handlers, so we may pursue it.

If we decide to do it and people believe there is a market for it - it may fit.

Should we decide - we'll test it first for a few agents. We'll have some callers anyway - can't hurt to test run it. Get a dozen or so agents to get us a little data and pull out the smoothhhhhhhh.

Will have callers by the first week of April - we'll test it then.

2500 appointments each week @ $10 Net Profit = a lotta dough . . .

That's only 250 agents @ 10 per week. MA agents should eat it up if we can set appointments like a colleague of mine it doing. They are closing 5 out of 10. That's $2k average gross - $200 for appts and any other expenses - and they're doing that in 2 work days.

Their callers are doing it from kitchen tables . . . Amazing!

What is your colleague's retention rate and carrier of choice?

" What is your colleague's retention rate and carrier of choice? "

He is mostly doing MA's with HealthNet, WellCare and CIP. Also - uses Amerigo for FE and GI Term.

He's been doing it since August last year and he averages 8% Charge Backs each month - never higher than 12%.

They are part of the Parker & Associates group.

" Parker and Assoc. is pretty close to NAA here, as far as popularity goes. "

These guys are knocking down $3k to $5k a week and getting paid in 14 days - I doubt they really care about "popularity" . . .

Just have to know how to negotiate a contract is all.

Yes - you can certainly get higher commissions - but, how long to you have to wait to get your money - months?
