What tool? Compulife? I have used Compulife and I have never seen Primerica be the cheapest in 24+ years in the business.

Because they would have to put more money in reserves which means they'd have to increase premiums. My bad, I know you wanted him to answer.
I'm waiting on a scenario where they are the cheapest. I'm sure he'll be along soon with numerous situations.
I just love when the Primerica people come along and try to educate us on how we just don't know anything.

Had Primerica 30 yr term, increase at year 20, 250K @ 93 /month
Now well known Life Insurance Co, 500K 25 yr term @ 59 month

Why would a Primerica agent care about compulsive. You only need a tool like that where you are comparing multiple companies...as a captive agent you have one company to quote use their software or rate books.
