Radio Ads

ok here is my deal,

I can get 56 commercials a month, I pick when they run, for $200 a month, and I can get one of my carriers to pay for half if I use one of their preapproved ads.....

So $100 out of my pocket, basicly, you kinda have to do it for that cheap!

Crap, yeah! That's an amazing deal. You'd be a fool not to put down $100 on that.

Do not use radio for bringing in new business.

Use it for client awareness i.e. client appreciation parties, events etc.

Use it for client awareness. Nothing else.

Wow that is excellent advice. RBA is hosting a client appreciation party at hooters and it's all you can drink!

After the party we will meet at lake pleasant for jet skies....:biggrin:

If I had RBA's close ratio I think I'd issue a challenge of some sort to save you money or else ?? Limited time only...call right away...yada, yada...see if it generates any calls. If it doesn't you're spending your money on branding....yuk

I've been on the radio a few different times. For church, to invite people to a couple seminar, and many other different things.

Radio ad brands your name.

I dont think a lot of people are just going to call you and want to buy insurance, but if done correct they can help your business.

Why subject yourself to the compliance department of an insurance company for the $100 per month?

Even though they will give you their pre-approved ad, insurance company marketing is usually so so at best....I would pay the full $200 per month and put an ad on there that will generate better response from consumers.

Ditto on tl's statement. Most company created/modified ads that I've ever used generated crappy response rates.

Mark...how can it be good for my business if it doesn't generate phone calls, sales, inquiries ?

In my biz...any marketing that doesn't generate sales/calls is a waste of "my" money. The rest of the market can do all the brand building, I'll stick with "direct response" that generates immediate revenue.
