I have a client requesting replacement due to getting coverage as a 50 year old man, non-smoker, with COPD and a stent/heart attack 2.5 years ago.

Senior Life said they could do Day 1 100% coverage for $41 for $10,000 in face amount -- agent said COPD + O2 is the knockout question, and as long as he doesn't take O2, he is OK for the coverage.

Can someone post up a recent application to review?

Not sure about the SL app but he can get 10K Standard with Monumental for 36/month.

Yeah I don't know about SL, but I think Assurity will take him level too.

I don't see where I can just select "all" companies, just manually selecting.

Please point me to the right location.

It's the last option when running a quote right after face amount..

No go due to the stent + COPD combination.

Stent is considered current treatment, thus an automatic Standard rating.

Add in COPD and you have an Easy Solution product.

Looks like Assurity is the winner.

I'll let you know if I break my POS interview record with them (48 minutes).
