It's important to me to have my own agency because I do so many donations to nonprofits that I want to have control over that. However the same time I do not want to be tied down by an office because I'm a unique business model. I can tell you my focus right now is standard and nonstandard home companies and if you preferred auto companies as well as getting a broker for life. The realtor and mortgage brokers and teachers are my focus. I'm considering starting a smart choice, Iroquois group, or SIAA. I do not want to typical business model of an indy agency, that is what has made me successful so far. However I also don't mind limiting my travel to two days a week.
