Rebate Issue on an Annuity

Most of the annuities that I have seen can lower caps, participation rates and interest rates during the surrender charge period. What company do you have that guarantees all three during the surrender charge period? I would love to contract with them.

For those registered with Allianz, I had a question.

For the following annuities, for the period of 1/1/16 to 1/1/17, what would be the return if all funds were invested in the Barclays US Dynamic Balance Fund when accounting for all spreads, caps and fees in Illinois?

1. 360 with benefit rider
2. 365i
3. Core income 7 with no benefit rider
