However, I'm sure if you mention this little problem to some of those elder folks you visit with, they will have a medicine cabinet full of remedies... not to mention prunes right out of the fridge...

Speaking of old people, you need to change your avatar. I find myself starting at it for hours at a time.Old people do start to effect you after a while. I have noticed my bowels slowing down.
