Ringless voicemail to Humana Walmart clients

I'm considering this to reach a large number of people quickly and efficiently. Does anyone have any experience with a company? Or feedback in general?

I use an app called Slydial. It saves me so much time when I just need to get info to a client and don’t have the time to chit chat. You can set it up to send a voice mail to multiple clients at once.

Is this compliant with CMS and telemarketing laws as long as it's used for current clients? I checked out their site and it seems to blur the line between live calls and robocalls unless you're leaving the messages live. They have a version that will do up to 1,000 VM's at a time which is interesting if it's compliant.
