By the way, here's the best way to set up the calltools dialer so you more likely hear the first "hello":
1. Set the dial type to: Power Dialer.
2 Set Answer Type to: Live Answers & Voice Mails Connect to Agent
3. Set Channels Per Agent to: 1.0
4. Set Agent Connect Speed to: Fast
Track your Total Dials to Appointments Set. Don't worry about trying to track live contacts.
You can create a new disposition called "Appts Set" and checkmark "add to sale made for reporting purposes" to track your appointments. Just remember "sales made" means appointments set.
