Securus?

Use the search function and you will find reading to keep you busy all night on Securus. They have gone through some recent "changes" though but the base management is still there so it all should hold pretty close to current.

I know this has probably been discussed. But any new reviews of Securus and their system?

If it wasn't for those in the Executive Boardroom (hat tip JacobTN) who decided to go full nuclear option (read Amway MLM focus), Securus would have been an excellent program for new agents and tenured agents -- leads were great, training accessibility was good, and reduced street level was more than fair.

I highly recommend pursuing other IMO options.

My problem with them is that 1) they never answer the phone. THe home office is in some small town in Carolina . I do not know why or what they could be doing that they cannot answer the phone.

2) I never got a straight answer, just techno-garble, aout how they get their leads. Needless to say, I never contracted anything with them.

I am funeral veteran, so I am familiar with Assurant. I checked out TAG and all their hype.

I studied One Life and do not trust anything from Miss., or LA, (sorry if you are from there):D Plus I do not believe people who hide behind religion when promoting a business idea.

I went with NAA several years ago (without realizing it) and I never could make the meetings. I am more interesting in selling than drinking cool aid.

Finally, I looked at EFES for several months. They have their own mail house. THey also have a brokerage side. If I were to choose a group with leads and training I guess I would choose EFES. There are too many success stories to discredit them.

Actually, FEX seems like the best stop for FE agents...

Yes. There are several good ones. I just have not studied the FEX model in great detail.

Well I am asking bc, as I mentioned in another thread, I am not new to the insurance business, but new to this type of group. I have made a great living for quite some time as a broker. I left my office I had been at for some time and went in with a different group and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked their IMO. It just didn't offer much in FE, so when I rejoined my family group I decided I would run my part through a strong IMO. The search is on.
As I said, I am very experience and a top producer with many carriers/products in KY, so I can make my own conclusions. I just value the opinions of those on here who maybe have some experience with these particular groups.

Hey bigjake, you mentioned you were in NAA several years ago. What area was that at that time ? (If you don't mind me asking.)
