So Settlers tells me I gotta get a 700A form for a guy that I sold a small policy to on top of his existing Assurity policy that he has no intention of doing anything with. The form 700A (replacement form) clearly states that this form is to be filled out if the new policy involves "discontinuing or changing an existing policy or contract". Well it doesn't. Are more companies following the Transamerica model now?
