I have been on hold now for about 15 minutes trying to get a new member an ID card. Even the background music sounds like funeral music.

You're being kind by just saying "awful".
You could log in to the portal, print a temporary ID card
for your client along with a list of preferred pharmacies.

I'm still going around and around with them over 2 apps
submitted 10/30 & 11/15. :skeptical::no:

That is why I've logged complaints with Medicare. Nothing says you are a PITA like getting your chain yanked by a CMS complaint.

I handed out the referral card as a backup this year to people who wanted to "shop around". I checked the portal at the end of the AEP to see I went 4 for 4. 4 submitted 4 enrolled. All Choice. However, after reading these threads, I'm afraid to call these people. :1mad:

Sounds familiar although I am hold with UHC. Most of the time I get right through with UHC. Next up will be SS so I guess I will call them tomorrow in the morning. Go to the gym, take a shower, eat lunch then maybe they will be on the line.

I have been trying to contact SilverScript for last week.
After being kept on hold for 15 + minutes three times, I finally talked to a service person. But he could not help me.

The SAD part is that all I want to do is pay my bill with a credit card.....

No luck. Their website has no way to pay with credit card. Their bill says call 860-560-5135, which has issues.

How long have they been in business?
Will they survive, if paying them is so difficult?
Once you long on CVS website ordering the drugs etc is easy.

I gave up and phoned Ritter. They told me about the portal. I was able to print out the ID card just like you said. I'm glad that I didn't do a lot of business with them. Now if they'd just pay me my HealthNet Orange renewals!
