Silverscript: is It Me or Do

Starting the complaint process for an enrollment faxed 11/15 for a newly eligible Jan 1. She needs the Plus plan and takes a mess of medication. SC is showing it as denied.

I've had that happen. They told me in the case I have...it was sent in error. Probably the same on your applicant.

I am having serious second thoughts about contracting with this carrier, based on this thread.

They've had ample time to sort out things since AEP ended three and one-half weeks ago.

Pitiful....

No second thoughts here -- I'm very glad I didn't contract directly with an FMO in order to represent SilverScripts.

What amazes me about this thread is nobody mentions using their FMO for help with resolving their issues. Didn't you submit your PDP business through your FMO? Your FMO should be earning their cut.

SilverScript FMO's make as much as the agent and literally own the agent's block. It appears they remain unscathed and of little value to the worker bees. Once again FMO's need to earn their keep!!!

I've used my FMO.....Ritter Insurance, for help. Gave them all of the names of applicants I've written. Only about half of them have showed up my pending list with SilverScript.

Applications are faxed to SilverScript.

Most FMO's are not losing sleep or the least bit worried about your clients. Your clients are simply a number on a commission check. Most FMO's keep banker hours. They get paid as much and sometimes more than the agent. This system sucks.

While frustrating to deal with SilverScript on the agent side, I'm always happy to get my clients enrolled in the plan that will save them the most money.

This is too funny. FMO's are worthless. All they care about is contracing new agents. They could care less about an agents problems with a carrier.

Lady just left office. She got her SilverScript card. All is good until she goes to CVS. Won't work, pharmacy calls in. Message on SC phone is call back in 2 hrs, click (phone disconnects). Pharmacyh calls back in 2 hrs, gets same message and a C_L_I_C_K!

Pharmacy finally gets through---- no record of this lady---no coverage!

She already received an invoice and paid first premium.

The fun is here!
