Had an agent that I have sent business to, do the same thing to me. I now go out of my way to get him.

Didn't think to go to the DOI...Figured they would care less...but I did have a conversation with the business manager at the district....Didn't go as well as I would hope as the agent was a VALIC agent and was in pretty tight with the district....He wasn't in good enough to not be dumped with the rest of us when they went to a single vendor program with a vendor that had never been in the district.

If it was an insurance product and the consumer is the one that called in, I believe they'd care. Now, if you called in, they could care less. Also, if it is securities and they don't regulate them, again they wouldn't give a flip.
