I went to High School with John.
His DOB is 10.06.1952.
I contacted him in July 2017 about a Medicare supplement. He told me he was going to use the VA for all his healthcare!
Yesterday (27 months later), he calls me to tell me the Medicare supplement I sold him was $hit!
He recently fell off a horse and broke his leg. Nothing was Paid.
I said to John, "I didn't sell you a Medicare supplement". He paused. "Oh, sorry Dayton, I remember who sold it to me now".
I ask John, "what Medicare supplement do you have?".
He tells me he has "Cigna Plan F" .
I had John text me a pic of his Medicare card & Cigna Id card.

I said to John, when you met with the agent, you didn't have a Medicare Id card.
John only told the agent, "I'm turning age 65 in October".

Did you check CDI to see if the agent was still in the business? That would be an interesting call.

He is looking for the CIGNA policy now. Not sure how CIGNA works but I'm assuming a copy of the app is included with the policy? Not sure since I don't write for CIGNA. I'm giddy with excitement to see the CIGNA app.

Looks like it is a Loyal American policy . . . one of several Cigna subsidiaries. Along with

ARLIC (American Retirement Life Insurance Co)
CHLIC (Cigna Health and Life Insurance Co)

Might be another one or two I missed.
