The most important thing to do is obtain the best training you can in asmany areas as possible. At some point, you can then make the decision to becomeindependent. Companies such as Mass Mutual, New York Life, and NorthwesternMutual, all have great training programs. There are also independent agenciesthat will train, but I cannot comment on them in your state, as I do not knowof any.
