UHC Changes: plan members ability to change

What's the best way to accomplish this move to plan G with UHC?
Have the client call directly ? or fill out signed plan change request form?
(supposedly, if they call, you lose servicing agent of record, but still paid out lower commission on G going forward)

I believe the GA folks get a "free" move to G until the end of September. (No underwriting). I never saw a need to offer them (and still don't) so can't say how the process works here or in your states.

Personally, I would never have client call to initiate the change with any carrier. I have been screwed before in these situations. Not again.

Good to know you have a rep where there is a level of confidence. I believe most agents call the producer no-help desk and press 1 for English . . .
