Anyone know if their Provider WL tele interview is a long drawn out cauliflower ear type call?

I've only used UHL for my insulin, but their Provider policy is nonmed and pretty cheap if a client has no health issues or meds and in good health

About $3 cheaper than Foresters

It's hard enough to get my clients to get through that Planright call..

Anyone know how long the UHL Provider POS interview takes?

It's much longer than Foresters. The disclaimer alone seems to take forever. And you don't have a definate answer at the end of the call.

Thats what I figured

Considering the Provider is only a couple bucks cheaper than the premier

Hardly much of a discount

Foresters teleapp phi is way too long. Just reading all the legal crap takes forever. They need to get past having to read all the legal crap, and do like some of these other companies.

The planright phi goes really fast though.

I wrote a planright telesale for a 83 year old lady in Texas and she fell asleep during one of the recordings.. no kidding.. I swear it happened- me and the interviewer could hear her snoring

I'v called her back like 5 times- she wont pickup the phone

My last one took me 15 mins...I try and make sure they have their dr info ready..

Mark, which of the POS interviews (Foresters or UHL) is shorter? and which do you prefer?

It is not always the company that makes it shorter or longer, but also what all health conditions the client has.

Someone that has nothing wrong with them, will go a lot faster than someone that takes 6 meds.

PHI are just a way of life when it comes to Whole Life and a lot of products.

Both takes me less than 15 mins. Foresters on the planright goes really fast and easy.

That is funny.

Reminds me of a time my staff manager asked me to help train this new agent. Fresh out of college and a expensive suit. He was ready to go.

We go see a couple he set up. We are going to split the cases. I am sitting in the chair across from them on the couch. Junior is in an easy chair next to them. We are going over this great new product called Universal Life. Half an hour into it I look over and his head is bobbing up and down as he is nodding off. I try to speak a little loader and include him in the conversation. Nothing works. He goes out. Drooling and all.

The couple look at him, then back at me. I am pissed! I slap him on his leg and tell him to go to the car. I do not give him the keys. It is raining. I assure the couple that I will be the agent and that he will never be back. They want to think about it. Crap!

A month or so later I went back and wrote them. I did not split the case.

You might want to work on your presentation. Its perhaps a bit dry if it puts the junior agent to sleep. Just an FYI.
