URGENT how to pay part B??

I have a client where her Medicare Part B starts September 1. She is not on Social Security.
She has not gotten anything in the mail (MC card, part B premium bill etc..) from Medicare.
We were able to get her MC number from her mySS website.

She leaves on a cruise for 2 months...Tomorrow.

Is there a way for her to pay Part B online? Over the phone? Or, how long is the grace period? Can she pay when she gets back in October?
