Using Virtual Assistants? A little help...

As my agency scales up I need help with things like; screening drug plans during AEP, commission tracking, setting appointments, website management, events registration management, setting auto workflows etc...

Have any of you worked with a virtual employee or agency to help with these types of tasks, and if so how do you go about getting this in place with a trustworthy and competent vendor? Thanks for any guidance on this.
