New agent here, had a client who had heart surgery 7 years ago, diabetic on metformin. 74 yr old male in Mississippi. He wants a plan f, I looked at Manhattan life as priced good and saw 5 years they look back on heart surgery. Any ideas thanx?

Manhattan recently went to a 2 year look back on heart...but they won't take it with diabetes.

Cigna substandard would be the obly offer through Cigna. Philly or new Era would be a good option if available.
