Ahh, the "all purpose approach". They taught it at Prudential as well. We used it on the phone though, so the gentle head nodding didn't apply!

Sure it did.. If people can "see" you smile on the phone as we have been taught.. They can"see" you nod your head by the inflection of your voice.. Maybe??
