There's no such thing as a good lead or a good FMO. Be independent and get a release before you sign a contract. You can't count on them.

Now Rabbi, all of us, on most products, have to go through an FMO... My FMO gives me above street on many Products, release whenever, and pay directly by carriers... also free names lists...

I would say that is a good FMO...
