What is the Best Company to Have for a P & C Agency in Texas?

Hi everyone. Im planning on opening a agency in Houston next year and would appreciate some advise. From what I've gathered up to this point it looks likes its going to be a challenge to get appointments with any carriers because companies are starting to pull away from Houston. I've been in touch with some clusters and I'm sure I can get an appointment but my concern is that I won't be competitive. Can any suggest the most competitive carriers in Texas or more specifically Houston?

hi. i am from houston. It is hard to find good company that still appointing any new agency nowadays, espeically home insurance.

I've been checking with Siaa, twfg and Iroquois. They seem like the only option. Any suggestions?

SIAA, would be my first choice. But talk with all of them.
