Why do so many People on Linkedin Not have a Photo of themselves?

Any advice for marketing on LinkedIn? I do it too, but not a ton of success there. Facebook has honestly been more fruitful for me.
Facebook is 100% better for most insurance leads.

I market there for disability insurance and an occasional rollover.

I have no meaningful advice. We're all doing the same thing in that pit of despair.

Yeah...normally some hot Eastern European who is 25 and somehow CEO of some multi-national conglomerate.
Yes, too funny, I have a long time friend that has made up so many companies and job titles for himself that it's remarkable. He even included himself as having played college baseball for a well known team. That didn't last long. I'm sure someone contacted him about it, and he took it down.

Linkedin has some really good, legit people on there, and I've read some interesting biz content. However, there are so many fake resume's, it's like a "world of imagination".

I know another guy that has crowned himself "director" for every job he's had since he graduated. He was an accounts payable supervisor and has had several other similar roles, but on linkedin he's been the director of finance everywhere since he was 22. Some of these companies most likely don't even have this title. Guess the businesses don't check, or don't care, Idk.
