I havent had any trouble lately with them, right after their move things were hairy. But so far so good, processed last 3 apps for me pretty quickly. I will say though, I just found a new GI company that is going to offer phone app and approval as well as accept direct xpress cards, should be interesting, Im gonna do some more due diligence and report back.

The new product from NGL makes Kemper look like a bargain. I can't justify selling a client a WAY overpriced GI policy.

I'll stay with Gerber.

I can justify it just fine, if they dont have a checking account and want coverage and all they qualify for is GI and all they have is Direct Xpress I have zero problem placing them where I can. It not your fault or my fault they choose to NOT have a checking account. Does Gerber or Vantis take DE cards?

Processing apps isn't the problem. The issue is their contracting times are out of hand recently.
