What was decided in Virginia was that instead of the Virginia court hearing my complaint while a Utah Court was hearing the Utah Complaint, the Virginia court abstained from hearing the issues in favor of the Utah Court. At a hearing last week Mr. Grantham appears to have his ass handed to him and as of today the substance of the Virginia complaint has been refiled as a cross-complaint. The only things that have happened, truly, so far, are that venue and jurisdiction have been established.

Let me ask you this. What has you so interested in this case that you would know those specifics? Here's the thing, I remember the day you came to this forum because it was actually a pretty interesting introduction. The developer I originally hired to develop ListShack is from Alabama so it seems like a strange coincidence, but you were definitely here before I met him so that would have been a very strange connection.

You posting about it multiple times and actually posting your entire complaint on this forum is why. It took a quick Google search to find out what I did.

His attorney actually made the same argument in Utah, effectively, that the Virginia courts had already adjudicated and dismissed the claims. The reality was quite different, in fact, in the order of dismissal, it specifically stated that it was dismissed without prejudice (meaning it could be refiled again) and Mr. Grantham's own attorneys argued that the nexus of facts in the Virginia complaint were so deeply entwined in the facts of the Utah case, that it would be more appropriate for the Utah courts to hear the entirety of the case.

So why the highly biased version of specific facts? It is interesting that I don't believe I can actually find a name attached to your information here or your list business, but you do seem to have an insider track on information that only a very limited number of people have. Do you think I'll find out more about you in discovery?

There was a 50k suit filed against me in Utah by Wyatt. I filed a $15 million suit against him in Virginia. Virginia said talk about everything in Utah. So now both suits are in the Utah court. No court had made a ruling on the merits of either claim. To spin it the way you do implied a different narrative.

Don't worry, I'm sure you will come up at depositions.

You have consistently taken shots at me personally, my business, and created a competing website. You are more than welcome to compete and I truly wish you all the best, but if you're taking shots at me, be prepared to defend yourself. You have accused me of not having integrity. When I asked you to explain yourself you hid from it. You don't want to get involved in it you say. Then, you make references to very recent decisions in litigation that I have not posted the substance of. You have to be in a one or two very small circles to have the specific knowledge it would require for you to use the language you did to characterize the events so far the way you have.

Near as I can tell, even after me telling Mr. Grantham that he was a f***ing liar, directly on this forum, he has not returned to respond. On the other hand, here you are talking about him referencing conversations you two apparently have had. I don't see him posting publicly. For better or worse, my life in many ways is extremely public. Part of the perk of that is being able to publicly address things.

But for some reason, when you directly copy text from my website and mirror my plans and structure, when caught out you retaliate by denying having knowledge of where one of the few pieces of content on your website came from. How long was it up? Why didn't you know? Wouldn't it make more sense that you actually provided my work to the developer to model the business after? All of that is perfectly legal, but for the fact you can't literally plagiarize my content. When I addressed my issue with you, your reaction was to cast aspersions at me.

The reality is that both on this forum and on many other areas of the internet I have a tremendous audience.
