Man Cica I have like a 90% decline rate, I don't get it, they are supposed to take people with CHF, and Kidney disease no dialysis , neuropathy COPD no oxygen

they were supposed to be the one to take what no one else took

They are declining everything, I am getting declines with them and then getting approvals with RNA and others sometimes

But I mean if they are not taking what they took why is their App still so open to conditions?
Why does it still say have you not seen a doctor or not taken medications for all the things they are declining?

They have become quite unpredictable.

My personal belief is that they're using minor, dual-use meds to decline people with the bigger conditions they say they take, but still really don't want. Their language on mental/psych meds is pretty all encompassing and plenty of people take meds for sleep aid that CICA could probably call a psych med. And the two or more hospitalizations in two years being a KO probably jams up some folks who don't recall when the last two were. And then you have the states that, by law, require Narcan to accompany scripts for opiates. So CICA can use the Narcan script and claim substance abuse. They're not interested in agent notes or explanations like some other companies accept.

I am real carful about 2 hospital in 2 years and Narcan. these are not the reasons

not sure about phsyc meds, if you mean basic depression anxiety meds I ussely not concerned unless bipolar or worse

I just noticed you said Trans too. The new trans express is the biggest piece of junk they have ever brought out. That's saying something for trans.

I don't use it. If I write Trans it's the old product. But they are trying to get you to write express so they are declining more of the old too.

CICA is now in the same boat as IM. With either of them I'm surprised now at the decision, approved or declined. CICA just tells you faster than IM does.

You're telling me the new Trans FE product is actually worse than the 2010s version? Is that even possible?

So with CICA not taking tough things and trans fe express worthless .Chf and neuropathy with insulin back to graded or Gi ? I fail to understand how fe telesales agents can pivot to 2-3 carriers to get an approval . I'm sure many just hang up

Yes

Or they get put in ROP plans without their knowledge.
