Where is the Easy Button?

IF, you make a habit out of going to work everday, and doing the little things right, this business isn't that hard... "Its the IF and going to work everday that most agents have trouble with".
Over the last two decades in this business, here's something that has stuck: I'd rather see agents doing the RIGHT things for 20 hours a week, than doing the WRONG things for 40 hours a week.

Of course, if they did the RIGHT things for 40 hours a week...

Lots of new agents just want to put 5 hours a week into this business.

It's pretty much the same crowd attracted to real estate. The theory with most is putting in the least amount of hours while making the most amount of money.

For most new agents, if you really define what "work" means - they're lucky to put in 1 hour a day - maybe 2. Of course, they need to spend 25 hours researching the perfect CRM to "automate" their business.

I cxan answer number 3, it's Newby. That's not high priase. Neither of us are Einsteins.

We are both smart enough to know not to get involved with funeraldirector's company. That doesn't take much brainpower either.:D
