I usually work out of town because of all the distractions. If I stay in a motel 3 to 4 days I usually work the entire day and when I'm home, I'm done!

Like I said...learning is fine...I troll the med sup and life forum a lot...along with the P&C forum...it's interesting and I do learn a lot, but you won't find me spitting dribble over there...ok sometimes you will, but not often.
I asked this a while back about the whole FE agent thing, that is the reason for Not an FE agent disclaimer, the definition seems to be a moving target. So, Who decides what is dribble?
By the way your two day work week is awesome. That is some good lazy.
I guess dribble is in the eye of the beholder
Some get their panties in a wad, like me...when I see people post things that are contrary to my knowledge. I can accept that I'm remarkable and awesome...and that every agent should aspire to be like Gooner...I can see the slogan nowIn all seriousness though, if your not out grinding this crap lime we are, I don't expect you to tell me what a productive work week looks like..not you in particular Wino...that's the universal YOU...marketers, dumbasses etc...
I know what it takes to make money and if people did what I did they could make money too. I know it for a fact! Travis calls it terminator mode...I like that analogy! I, for one, refuse to let these people beat me...I think I texted Dwilly a couple of weeks ago about this. I had written 1k in AP as of Friday morning...I wasn't prepared to lose...ended uo writing 4k that day in appts.
It is all about your attitude. I dont5care if my first 5 appts buy or not...the next 5 will..law of large numbers and all...
Retraining your wife is a real thing..... Most guys get into this business after working a regular salary job..... They think if you are in the home or working from home that you are there for them.... The Honey do List and alll....
I have seen it hundred's of times with agent's over the years..... That is why 5% or less make it after 5 Years.
I was lucky, My wife came from a household of small business owners and salespeople and that made it easier for me.

Gooner... Man you know I love you... You have to remember.... You are always gonna be a Newby in my eyes and WINO (and whom have written insurance for the last 25 years) until you have had the success in this business for at least 5 years and are still in the game. I hope you make it that long and continue to have the success you have had.
We just work from a perspective...... We have heard that before....
Hopefully you will find a way to make income from other lines of insurance and make a lot of money doing it....... I expect that if you were to comment on a thread in the Life insurance forum about Lazy Agents that your experience selling FE Insurance would be taken as serious as it should be.
Probably the best answer. I did have a f2f SIWL appointment today also got 4 SIWL apps back by email. Does that count. The f2f was in the country and there were a couple broke down cars on the property, 8 acres. Oh, and a bunch of little rat dogs. No fleas or cat piss though.
Look forward to drinking beers in Vegas. Still only a strong maybe if I a going though.

I hope I make it to year six also Skipper.![]()

Did I mix you up in years again with Rouse???? Its these damn beer goggles.
First off...I love you toothat Sagicor stuff is awesome, I'm actually buying a field tablet, so I can write some if their stuff.
So, I've been drinking since noon eastern and need clarification. Are you saying my experience with selling FE isn't credible and thatbit shouldn't be taken seriously? If so...nah...not going to start that fight!
I also said that an agent/person/business owner/anybody had to earn the right to be lazy. I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone to disagree with that sentiment and my idea of lazy is not the same as moat, as Rouse and Wino have pointed out continously over the day today

Well I thought I was going to vegas, but another insurance soirée is going on the week before and the wife told me to choose...so Vegas will have to wait until next year.
