Ugly...
My DL pic is probably close to 30 year old. I had dark hair then, and more of it.
OTOH I was 30 lbs heavier.

I am happy my post is still going strong and the only legit answers to why doesnt someone have a photo of themselves on linkedin - is because they are either or a bot.

The amount of "marketers" on linkedin is crazy annoying. Half the connection requests I get are digital marketers, seo, ai, ai agents, website, leads, appointments, etc. etc. etc.
As to having a picture or not, I vote in favor of having a picture on linkedin. Mainly because it is the status quo.

I have not been in my LinkedIn page in a long while. If I have a picture I probably had more hair and less wrinkles.

You Sir need to careful with the use of that term. #Illegal in numerous states.
